Summary: We were on our way to Cincinnati and needed a place to stay with a late check-in on Friday night. Rosa worked with us with this request. After a full Saturday in Cincinnati, we returned to Shelbyville to rest up for our drive back to Wisconsin on Sunday. The beds were great! The coffee options were appreciated. This might be the biggest refrigerator that we have ever seen in a rental unit! We had 6 adults in our group.

Summary: We had a wonderful experience at the Charming Spacious Getaway. The host communicated well in advance and ensured an easy check-in process. Coffee was provided which was a big plus. Great view from the front porch. Easy access to interstate that takes you into Indianapolis. Plan to stay here again next year!

Summary: Kitchen was nicely supplied. No shortage of dishes or equipment for use. House was clean and had versatile rooms and furnishings. Appliances are in good shape. Easy in and out parking. If your mobility is limited, be aware that entrance to the home is two steps up from in the garage or the front door without handrails. Inside, it is very easy to move around. We enjoyed our stay and would go back when we return to the area.

Summary: This was the perfect little place for my husband and I. The home is set up to have many more guest. If you prefer however it was just he and I everything was nicely labeled and accessible. We stayed in the master with the master bathroom in the room. The bed was very comfortable and nice and dark in there so my husband and I slept in for the first time in years. The host was very nice and offered to be available anytime we needed however everything was so seamless that we did not need her help. We consider this VRBO as a revisit if we ever need to stay in the area.

Summary: Definitely charming and spacious. Easy, self check-in/check-out. Out host, Rosa, is an excellent communicator. The backyard deck is well appointed with furniture for relaxing evenings. Only needed one roll-away bed, but they have four, with nice pillows, sheets and blankets. The mattress was great. 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of space. Zero clutter in and around the property. Very clean and looks newly renovated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to horse track.
